| About Amherst Presbyterian Church
Amherst Presbyterian Church was founded in 1888 in the city of Buffalo. It was then called The Second United Presbyterian Church. We moved to Amherst in 1957 from our building on Humbolt Parkway. We changed our name to Amherst Presbyterian in 1986. While we have enjoyed an interesting History, we are more concerned with the present and the future. We seek to worship God, follow Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, and minister to our members and the larger community around us. |
